Veteran singer, Tony Tetuila sues Wizkid and his official DJ, DJ Tunez (See why)

Veteran singer, Tony Tetuila has sue starboy star, Wizkid and his official disc jockey, DJ Tunez for copyright infringement and unauthorised use of intellectual property.

The suit is as regards the song “Gbese” by Dj Tunez and Wizkid which was said to have infringed on the copyright of the hit song “Fe Fe Ne Fe” by Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila without authorisation from Tony Tetuilla and Tic Tac.

As at the time of this report Wizkid’s camp hasn’t responded to the charges raised against them and the case is now lodged at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.
