Nollywood actress, Dorothy Njemanze has come in defence of the married woman who came to Burna Boy’s concert, saying married women are human and need space too to enjoy their freedom.
This opinion came from the actress-cum social activist when a video surfaced online showing the woman’s husband and the other man engaged in a fisticuffs where it appeared the woman’s husband was having the upper hand over his wife’s boyfriend.
The actress who is a social activist, came to the woman’s defence of the woman after been bashed online by Nigerians.
She said: “ Those trying to shame the wife, you missed it. Presence of a woman with a man not her husband doesn’t mean she’s having sex with him. Married women are human and need space too, at times. They also like to get away from abusive spouses and relax. If it is not working, leave peacefully. This man (referring to the woman’s husband) is obviously violent. He sure has a complex problem.”
